We had a most enjoyable stay. The hotel was in a great location and spotlessly clean. The staff were amazing. We would have liked if there was bar food either in the afternoon or evening.

Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location for public transport around Berlin and from the airport. Room included all facilities we needed, including a mini fridge to keep our food/drinks cold and bottled water that was replenished each day by the cleaning staff. However, I have stayed at 3 Star hotels that felt more luxurious than this. The decor and rooms in general felt bland and standard. Mattress was quite thin and bed was low to the ground. Would need some improvements for me to consider it 4 star.

My (too) short stay the Leonardo hotel was great. The huge, comfortable, quiet room; the lovely staff; the delicious, plenty breakfast with loads of choice; the overall cleanliness - everything was really good. And the location is perfect! I would love to come back.

3 minutes from one of the main stations, right on the river Spree, 10 minutes Brandenburg Gate, Red Bus services and lots of bars and restaurants really close. Perfect for a couple of days.

Comfortable room size, easy check in & out, friendly and helpful staff, everyday bottled water & hot chocolate and welcoming reception area. The location deserves special mention with train station and attractions all within walking distance. A good choice of restaurants and shops within 5 minutes walking distance. Suitable for business and leisure trips (adults).

Hotel location was perfect all major sights were within easy reach by foot or public transport. Hotel staff were friendly helpful and available at all times. Hotel room (Superior)was spacious and had everything needed. Shower was fantastic, we had a a corner room and the balcony was huge and had amazing views (7th Floor).All in all it was a great hotel to stay in and I would consider any of the Leonardo hotels for future stays.

A perfect location for a short break to Berlin. All the staff were professional and courteous room was comfortable and the facilities of the room faultless.

Glad we chose Leonardo again , having stayed in one of the group's hotels in Madrid previously - the Berlin Mitte one fully lived up to expectations. It was perfect for our short stay - comfortable, clean, cool decor, helpful staff and an excellent location, just a short stroll from all amenities and transport. Very handy for train to the airport.

Great hotel close to transport hub and river. Rooms a little small but clean. Lifts were very slow we used the stairs a lot. Would go back !

Super location, spacious room and good breakfasr

The location was excellent. Rented hotel bikes which were awesome and a good rate but no helmets available. Room was great (and I was grateful it was ready early) but I expected body lotion, etc. All around a great stay.

This hotel ticked all the boxes for us- 2adults a. 3teens. Professional staff, clean, very comfy beds a. great power shower in our superior double. The executive triple for the three teens was a great size for them. Lovely touches like bottled water replaced every day during our stay, in reception there were apples, sweet treats for the Easter break a. flavoured water to take as free refreshments. We went room only so didn’t try the breakfast- we just went out into the city every morning to sample different places for quick breakfasts. The hotel location was spot on. We walked everywhere to explore. Highly recommend the walking tour with Insider Tours from Get your Guide app. Good bars a. restaurants close by. We had great German food experiences in Ständige Vertretung a. Schnitzelei ( both booked in advance). Highly recommend Leonardo Mitte hotel when visiting Berlin. We got an uber on arrival from the airport but got the direct train on way back ( train station is 5minute walk).

This hotel was perfect for me. It is situated right by the river, where the cruises go along. There were some lovely bars and restaurants situated by the hotel, which is also very close to the railway station. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The room was modern, clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent stay at the Hotel Leonardo Berlin Mitte! The hotel was clean and conveniently located to shops, restaurants and attractions. The staff was great and the room had all the basic amenities. The shower was strong, and wifi was good. If you like to explore by scooters, there are some conveniently parked nearby. I would highly recommend a stay at the Leonardo.

What a brilliant hotel - my daughter and I have never been to Berlin before and this hotel was great - excellent location and lovely standard of room/facilities - and the price was good too. Would definitely recommend and will return when next visiting Berlin.

This is my second time at the hotel, and once again, I can say that I was completely satisfied. Everything was wonderful. The staff was very polite, the room was beautiful, the cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel’s decor was very nice. I will choose it again and again for my stay in Berlin.

The hotel is very nice, location is great - just a few minutes walk to a large train station. Excellent restaurants nearby - Jamie Oliver's Kitchen, Five rivers etc. The first room we were in was VERY small and had terrible smell from the bathroom. We were given another room (thanks to a very helpful staff) which was larger. The smell was still present - the hotel should fix the entire pipe system in order to provide much more enjoyable experience to the guests. The price was not cheap, so bad smell in the room is not acceptable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay - the room was comfortable, the breakfast was great and the location of the hotel was fantastic. I would give the hotel 10 out of 10, if the smell issue wouldn't exist.

Living the hotel without a thank you or goodbye while employees are not in the rush illustrates our stay: everything is runned properly, interactions limited to doing rather than welcoming or creating ambiance or human expérience. There is indeed a management issue. Good luck !

The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to variety of restaurants and city centre (Parliament, Brandenburg gate, Chatedral, ..). The only thing what was disturbing was the mobile connection (alhough hotel's Wi-Fi compensated a lot.

This was my third stay at Leonardo Mitte in Berlin. The location is conventient -- easy start for long walks and close to trains, trams and busses. The breakfast is amazing and I enjoyed the sauna each evening during my stay. My room has a balcony which was a lovely place to enjoy a light dinner.

Second time we have stayed here. It’s a good, clean hotel in a great location by Friedrichstraße Station & by the river too. There are a few restaurants nearby & an Irish pub. We enjoyed our stay & would visit again. We appreciated the free water in the room & the room was comfortable & kept very clean.

From check in to check out and everything in between was perfect. Room was small but very clean and modern. The room was cleaned daily by a very helpful Gentleman. WiFi superb and overall stay was excellent!
