Designer hotel in the middle of town, walking distance to train station. Needs a gym

Nice hotel centrally located and close to all amenities. One side faces a busy street but our bedroom was very quiet. Just a short walk from Mustek metro stop, getting from the airport was easy and cheap. Breakfast bar was excellent. Good choice of food and drink available. Staff were friendly and helpful.

In conclusion it was a really good and nice hotel we enjoyed the time we had there , we have been in another hotel of nyx in Warsaw and it was lovely the price there was higher but it matched the facilities , you are making a great job . The rooms are pretty small, but it can be expected in hotel located in the city center. Short waling distance to the old town, restaurants , shops and public transport. The reception team was very attentive and kind. Would highly recommend

Top Personal, extremly friendly and professional

We were welcomed by the lovely reception team. We felt that we were truly welcomed and taken cared of. The card with the welcome message, the wine and food and the upgrade made our stay really special. The breakfast was generous and had lots of options. The bed, Omg the bed.. the most comfortable bed ever! We slept really well! We. The location is also very convenient. We will definitely come back for sure and will recommend the place to our friends and families and anybody who will visit prague. Overall it has been truly amazing stay! Thank you Nyx Prague, you made our holiday truly special.

The staff at Heath Hotel is wonderful, attentive, especially I must mention the receptionist Ilya, who made us feel unforgettable, I must also mention the receptionist Veronica and the new employee Sergey, who are charming, professional, attentive, and the restaurant employee Lilian, who gave us exceptional service, a huge thank you to all the hotel staff for an excellent experience.

We loved our visit. Modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Well placed for visiting Prague’s cultural and historical places as well as close to restaurants and bars. Would definitely return and wholly recommend to others.

very refcomended hotel! very halpfully staff, very clean, best located. the only reson that the hotel got 9, becouse of the size of the room. otherwise, every thing was exelent! (well, the size of the rooms cant be change) we sure will return to NYX every time will be in prage.

Very well situated hotel in Prague city, everything you want for a short stay. Only downfall would be the aircon was a bit noisy and if you opened the window the traffic noise was high. Also some extra coffee was needed.

We had an excellent stay. Check-in and out was smooth and hassle free and the reception staff were very helpful and gave good advice. The hotel is in a perfect location for easy access to the sights, bars, restaurants and shops that Prague has to offer.

The staff was incredible, the room was very pleasant, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The variety and quality of the breakfast exceeded all expectations. I look forward to returning.

Great location, everything reachable by foot. The room was specious and clean. We traveled with our 5-years-old and a dog, the hotel prepared extra bed for my daughter and a bed with a bowl for our dog. Friendly and welcoming staff. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside is the parking, it’s expensive for 38€ a night

Top of the shop, brilliant, fabulous, fantastic

Arrived late because of weather delays, staff had coordinated for driver with rhe changing arrival times. Reception staff provided 3 places as soon as we got checked it where to get something to eat, great recommendations. Beautiful view from the room window, very clean and organized. Great team of people working for the hotel.

Perfect hotel for a city break. Rooms are spacious enough but could have done with a bit more storage. Staff were excellent and always available to help.

Best hotel in Prague for single or couples or family

Great location and lovely spacious room for a family of 3.

We arrived for stay Thursday 13th - Sunday 16th February. From arrival to leaving, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was VERY good. Within walking distance to everywhere. Close to 22 tram. Breakfast was of very good quality with lots of choice. Pleasant staff there too. Room was spacious, clean and warm. Beds were made up every day and fresh towels provided. Would really recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at NYX hotel! It was different to anywhere we’d stayed before and that made it feel special. The breakfast was incredible- so much variety and we wanted to try everything. They had plenty of gluten and dairy free options though it might have been helpful to have signs so I knew which cereals/ hot food was safe for me to eat. It was close to the main squares and shops and we walked everywhere.

My wife booked this for my birthday, the hotel was spotless, very modern, all the staff were all very friendly, the room was lovely, the bed was so comfortable, shower was great, we were only there for 2 nights if you were staying for a week you would need more hangers. Bar/restaurant we had breakfast nice display of hot and cold items, thoroughly enjoyed. We really enjoyed our mini break and would highly recommend this hotel.

Not the biggest of rooms but for the time we sent in it the room was fine Reception feed you chocolate on arrival But the location was ideal. On the Main Street in mins and not far from iconic spots Highly recommend

The observation by Daniella when signing in to Reception that it was my birthday during my stay, then the placement of card, flowers and small gift was such a nice touch and momentous. Daniella also went to great lengths to describe and show us where a particular restaurant was. All in all, a 10/10 experience at this hotel - thank you.

We stayed thee days and two nights, it was a nice experience ! the soundproofing is very poor in the corridors. Housekeepers should be told to be more discreet in the mornings. The first night, we found ourselves next to very noisy neighbors all night and then Lewis did what was necessary to ensure that we had a pleasant stay, we can only thank him! he is a very pleasant person, attentive and all my requests for my partner's birthday were respected so thank you all

The hotel is amazing! Very close to the old city. The location is perfect! I celebrated my birthday so the team upgraded me for free to a suit. The room was very big, everything was clean, the team was amazing very helpful and nice. I’m so happy for choosing to stay in Nyx
