Great overall hotel, modern, clean and friendly staff

Excellent Stay - very cool hotel, stunning decor; lovely rooms with great views. Friendly and attentive staff. Pool and DJ was a vibe - would definitely return!

First time staying at the NYX hotel with my partner, we had an amazing few nights. Check in and out was a breeze, small minor issue made by the holiday company I used to book this hotel but reception staff managed to resolve this. Reception/ lounge area is really nicely designed with lots of comfortable seating areas, swinging chairs, lemon water station with a few pick and mix sweets to help yourself to. Well presented throughout the hotel and rooms. Good size room with the added bonus of the swinging egg chairs to relax on the balcony. Very comfortable spacious beds with a spacious bathroom, including everything you need, even comes with a coffee machine. Pool area is amazingly designed and very picture worthy with lots of sun loungers around the pool and also upstairs on the terrace. They had a DJ playing every day we was there from around 12pm. Bar staff were always very friendly and served very quickly. The bar staff even came round the pool to take any drink orders. Plenty of chairs to lounge on by the outside bar and burger van. The burger van food was 10/10, restaurant style burgers cooked by one amazing chef! So many options to choose from like pizzas, chicken strips, burgers, hotdogs, chips and salads and all reasonably priced. The location of this hotel is in the perfect spot, lots of local cafes and supermarkets all within a 30 second walk, located next to a small sandy beach and a short walk to the west end and even better only a 5 minute walk to ocean beach. Locker room for your luggage and access to a shower for those late flights which is really handy for after you have checked out. Couldn’t recommend this hotel any more! We will definitely be returning.

I traveled to Ibiza for the first time and stayed at the NYX hotel with 5 friends. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and our room was ideal. The decor was quirky and modern. Location was fantastic. Would highly recommend and hope to return some day.

Overall very good, hanging chair on balcony difficult to manage if short. Need another chair, to use on balcony, not the pink one in the room. Three times returning client.

We went to Ibiza for a couple of days on our honeymoon. The location is great. We had a great time in the hotel. The sunsets are spectacular. Santi - one of the servers was very entertaining. Only negative was one of the bar tenders was kinda rude. I’m a guest at the hotel- i asked for a glass of water and she said she doesn’t have any glasses when she’s clearly serving drinks all night.

Such a wonderful hotel. Staff excellent and work so hard. Absolutely loved the quirky decor. Rooms are great. Breakfast and dinner so good, so much choice. We will definately be back soon and would recommend to everyone.

Our second visit to NYX Ibiza. Last year we loved our week and couldn't wait to return this year. On arrival the reception has the wow factor. After a smooth check in to a fabulous room with a sea view. We then had a late dinner and then headed to the sunset chill out bar. The best place to experience the stunning sunsets with a DJ playing fabulous music. All your staff are very friendly, professional and super efficient. When you want to chill out by the pool there are plenty of beds to choose from. Loved the food, drinks , entertainment, location, weather. We are already planning our next visit . This is the best hotel in San Antonio Bay! It is in such an ideal location and the decor is absolutely fabulous. All of the staff are friendly, the breakfast is amazing, and it’s in such an ideal location for those wanting to explore the island. I also want to note that the decor is absolutely fabulous and very “Ibiza”! We’ve stayed two years on the trot and we would come back every year if we could. Really do recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Ibiza!

This was our second time at NYX and it's been just as amazing as the first. Could not find a fault to it at all. We're already considering booking again next year

Great hotel in a super beach location and only a short walk along the waterfront into Town. Hotel decor including the bedrooms is wonderfully quirky! Great pool area with plenty of large comfy sunbeds. All Hotel staff extremely friendly, attentive and professional. Standard of cleanliness in all areas is very good. The restaurant is well laid out and comfortable. Excellent selection of foods at breakfast. The evening meal choice not brilliant. Restaurant staff are excellent. The bar area is again, wonderfully quirky. Plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. Drinks are well presented and competitively priced. Once again excellent, friendly staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this stylish and modern adults-only hotel in Ibiza. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully designed, with a contemporary feel that sets the perfect tone for a relaxing yet fun holiday. One of the real highlights was the bar, where every night offered a different themed event—from live music to DJs and creative cocktail nights, there was always something new to enjoy. The only downsides were that our room didn’t have a TV remote and the housekeeping could have been a bit more thorough—but neither of these things took away from our overall experience. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a vibrant, adult-only escape in Ibiza

Excellent stay, great value for money. Small downside: although the breakfast selection is very diverse, some items aren't of the highest quality — such as the pancakes, drinks, and coffee.

If the room had been cleaned and checked properly before our arrival I wouldn’t have any bad word to say about the hotel. It is a shame because we arrived at the hotel at 12pm and our room wasn’t ready until 3pm as they needed time to clean it and it was the one thing that wasn’t done adequately.

Amazing experience. We literally did a whole ibiza trip and barely needed to leave the hotel and the 500 meters around it. Easy access surrounded by great shops and eateries. 100% recommended.

This was our first dip of the toe of the Ibiza experience, and we weren't left disappointed. Being slightly beyond the midlife crisis age, we are a little late to the party, so to speak. Our initial impression of the hotel was formed online, but was pleasantly surprised when arriving at the hotel. The check in and arrivals process was smooth, and we were soon off in the lift to our room. We were on the fifth floor with a room on the northfacing side of the hotel. So, to put you in the picture....the north side of the hotel faces over the bay and overlooks the main strip of Sant Antoni. The West and South facing rooms have a better View of the spectacular sunsets. Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Our room had a reasonably sized fridge, great for those beers, waters, snacks and aftersun lotions. We had a L'OR pod coffee machine in the room, which was replenished daily by the cleaning staff. Only little niggle we had with the room, was the bed. The mattress is comfy and the pillows are fine, it's the 2 beds pushed together and single quilts which some might prefer, but we didnt. There is a huge variety of food on offer at breakfast, the serving staff are efficient at clearing the plates and stocking the food when it runs low. The pool opens at 10.00hrs...but God it's cold. Overall, a great child free hotel, situated near Ocean Beach, providing stunning sunset views and pleasant service all round.

Wonderful hotel with amazing decor. Quite unique. All staff from the very first check-in were very helpful and friendly. We managed to upgrade on arrival and they quickly sorted an issue with the fridge in our room, when it was reported. Brilliant location in the bay with a sea view room definitely worth the extra. First time in Ibiza and we will definitely return. It would only be at this hotel too as it made the holiday more special.

Our 2nd visit and returning again in June , perfect location and pool terrace etc is nice and relaxing place to have a drink and watch the world go by.

I stayed for 2 nights at NYX Hotel and it was simply one of the best experiences. The hotel stands apart in terms of interiors, outside lobby, the bar and probably everything. It has a huge area and one the best views of the Sant Antonia Beach. The hotel staff was also very polite and helpful all the time. Breakfast options could have been better but overall I have no complaints. Would definitely visit again.

We chose this hotel for my 40th birthday because of its good reviews and great design choices, it didn’t disappoint! We arrived early and were offered the use of the baggage room as the room wasn’t ready, the check is stuff were polite and we made use of the bar and pool area. The hotel had a great atmosphere even though it was the end of the season with good music playing throughout the main areas. When the room was ready we had a complementary bottle of champagne and a birthday cake which we enjoyed with our amazing view over San Antonio bay. The room was clean and very comfortable with a great choice in decor. Breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality, the pool side food truck was of the same high standard. The best thing by far was the bars! The staff were excellent, the cocktails were amazing and the prices were very reasonable compared to some of the bars. Overall the whole experience was amazing and I would highly recommend the NYX to anyone!
