I’ve been to many hotels all over the world and the NYX ranks amongst the best 3. The thing that struck me is how very very well run the hotel is - well done to the management team and all the staff they are very professional. You can see all take immense pride in their jobs and this is transmitted to the guests. I was hugely impressed by the quality of the restaurant, the variety of food and the high quality of the food always cooked really well with some lovely little touches. The deserts are fabulous - honestly I thought the food at NYX was much better than we had at the Grand Palladium which is a 5 start hotel. I also like that as an adult hotel there was no boring entertainment - NYX only had decent DJs playing some good adult house music - at the pool and in the bar terraces. The great feature is the terrace where you can watch the sunset - it’s in a fantastic location, comfortable and chilled. Perfect. It’s the first hotel I’ve every stayed in where I have no real complaints of note - only a very small one - the coffee pods for the rooms don’t get replenished - which was a bit of a pain. I had to go find one of the cleaning staff to get some every time but even that wasn’t really troublesome. They are nice people. A nice coffee in the morning is a great touch so please keep the coffee pods stocked up! I can honestly say the NYX wowed us all and it’s THE best hotel we’ve ever stayed at in Ibiza and we’ve stayed at all of the bigger hotels including the 5 star palladiums etc - those places don’t beat the NYX in virtually every category I can think of and the location is fantastic. It was nice to see the smiling friendly staff on reception, in the bar and in the restaurant - the chefs were willing to talk to the guests about the dishes which was really nice and refreshing - we usually don’t see that level of interaction. Once again let me congratulate the staff and the management team for the way you run this beautiful hotel wow what a great job you’ve done well done guys I give you 10:10 for this - we are already booking our stay at NYX for next year - see you all then - sending love - ❤️

Lots of different areas for sitting, relaxing and lounging in the sun. Gorgeous furniture and decor. afriendly helpful staff. Proximity to lovely sandy beaches that are just walking distance away. Close to restaurants, bars and cafes. Stunning sunset views from the chillout lounge. Will definitely be coming back.

We stayed for 3 nights for our 20th anniversary. We were greeted with a bottle of Cava in the room and a nice message, which was a lovely touch. The view from room was amazing, and the decor was very cool. The lobby and communal areas of the hotel rival any 5 star hotel we’ve stayed in. The choice and quality of the food at breakfast and dinner was very good, and it was especially nice to eat on the outside terrace as the sun was setting! All of the hotel staff were extremely nice, especially Santi from the pool bar. We can’t wait to come back!

1. great location, gorgeous sunsets, right at the beach, very cool color a. hotel design, nice deco in rooms, enough space, good beds, clean 2. if you love house music, stay here. At the pool or during sunsets we would prefer less noisy chill out music. Could not use earphones because the music was extremely loud 3. breakfast/ dinner service super friendly 4. toilet didn’t flush very well, even after we complained 5. i forgot my curling iron in the bathroom- called receptionist 1hour after checkout 3 times. They didn’t find it a. didn’t really care much 6. breakfast a. dinner choices amazing a. very good quality 7. the receptionists are a little arrogant compared to the super friendly service staff.

Only stayed for one night but the hotel was lovely, been looking to book for next year with my partner. Good location in a beautiful place.

Lovely hotel, great staff and a great location. We had a very relaxing stay, great atmosphere round the pool each day. Would definitely come back. Only negatives are the buffet could be better and the drop off/collection point for airport transfers is down hill down the main street, not nice for dragging heavy bags if you're not accustomed to the heat.

This hotel served as great value for money. Location is great. Good atmosphere out by the pool and bar and food options are good. Perhaps the DJ could play slightly longer by the pool in the evenings. We had great fun here, everyone very helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Thank you.

I thought the rooms were dated but fine and did the job. The food offer at breakfast and dinner represented value overall. Overall hotel is quirky but I liked its charm. Staff at sunset were fantastic. Dj sets at the pool are great, go until 7 though :) and sunset vibe was great. Deserves to be busy given the Excellent location for watching the sun go down. Hotel is Away enough from the party but close enough for it. Overall a great location, and a good stay overall. My only gripe was sleep issue due to next doors door been broken and although I raised twice this wasn’t resolved and no solution was offered which was disappointing.

Excellent property, ideal location. The staff is very friendly. The lobby has games, interesting decor, and the restaurants throw parties every now and then. The room service was not effective and our door handle broke, other than that it was a pretty perfect stay.

We had an amazing stay in NYX Ibiza. The hotel was in great condition, everything seemed brand new. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Could fault the hotel and location. The only thing I didn't give a 10 on was the check out. The check out time was 10.30am which I felt was quite early, most places I've stayed in is 12pm but this wouldn't be a big deal for most people. My personal opinion is that I would of just liked a bit more time to get some breakfast and pack before our afternoon flight.

The location is amazing, so close to the beach that you can listen to the afternoon DJ from it. The staff were really helpful too. A+

The hotel is excellent. Very well decorated, fresh, clean, always with a nice scent, multiple ambients. Staff always happy to help and smiling. The room was very good, despite not getting the double bed as we expected, but two joined single beds and the air conditioning that could be cooler. I would stay there again for sure.

Brilliant hotel in perfect location rooms are big and spacious with large walk in shower . Every area of this hotel is spotless . Plenty of sun loungers and parasols . Massage area outside is great as was food truck food . Bar is well stocked .

Great hotel in best location, staff so friendly and helpful. Wonderful bar man who was celebrating his birthday on the white pert night - sorry can’t remember his name. He’s such an asset !! Dining was excellent with great choice and chef cooking - we will be back thanks

Amazing staff, great cleanliness. We loved the use of the games and sweets stall. Loads of places to sit and never made to feel Uncomfortable. Great aircon. Loved the balcony and the egg chair. Food was delicious and great selection. The serving and clearing staff were amazing. The beds were super comfy but would have liked at least one bedding change in 10 nights. Would also have preferred they didnt wheel themselves around the room. Plenty of fresh towel changes and a good clean of the floors and balcony each day. Room could do with somewhere to put suitcases and also a few hooks to hang up handbags etc. Also would be helpful to have mirror on dressing table. You wont get near the pool unless you join the opening queue early enough.

We had the upgraded sea view room and it was marvellous. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lot of amenities. Rooms are slightly on the smaller size. The hotel is in a perfect location for Ibiza, away from the chaos but yet close enough. A beach right opposite hotel.

My sister and I had the best stay at NYX. Everything about this hotel is amazing, its so trendy and the staff are very attentive and friendly. The beds are so comfortable and the hotel is nice and quiet at night, we slept very well. The restaurant and food truck were fab too. We also loved the bar at night all the dj’s were so fab it was such a cool vibe. We will 100% be back!

Everything was 100% staff, rooms, views, food, dj, parties, location we will definitely return and definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have stayed at this hotel in Ibiza twice in 2 years now, its so stylish inside with stunning views ourside, the staff are all so friendly, the cleaners work so hard, the whole place is immaculately clean and well maintained, every morning there is a fantastic fresh selection of breakfast food, I can't recommend enough!! It's perfect!

We really loved staying in NYX. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of Cava and cakes for my husbands 40th birthday. The room and facilities of the hotel were all excellent. The location and sea views were superb. All the staff were very helpful and hotel was immaculately clean all of the time. The food for breakfast had a great selection. There was a food van, pool bar and DJ entertainment which we loved. The drinks were a great price, 5e for magners. The only downside to pool was not being able to secure a bed to lie on and beds on upper deck were limited as no shelter from sun for us. Perhaps guests should not be allowed secure beds with towels and leave for the day. Apart from that we were very impressed.

Great hotel would stay again. Only down side is we had booked rooms for 3 people but were charged more on arrival as they told us we had booked for signal occupancy? Also the pool doesn’t open till 10am which would be better if it was earlier.

This is a great hotel with good facilities and a lovely view of the sea and beach. We enjoyed drinking and relaxing by the bar and the free sweets and drinks were an added bonus. Rooms are bright and clean and decorated well. It felt like an experience staying in the hotel and made the holiday more pleasurable staying there. The staff that we interacted with were pleasant but not particularly friendly and could have provided more information on check in. But when asked questions there were happy to provide. Didn’t see a single person in the pool on our stay which I thought odd.

Absolutely love the NYX, been here twice and can’t recommend it enough. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are so helpful, location is perfect as it’s close enough to walk into the town but still quiet.

On the beach, beautiful decor, phenomenal pool area, buffet breakfast/dinner included, sunset views, and no kids in sight. Truly a remarkable hotel. I will definitely be back!!

2 nd visit with disappointing end to our stay. Believe it or not 2 coffee cups bought from home, not even new, were taken by the cleaner on our penultimate day, why, they weren't even new ? Friends also had jewellery taken from their room. When front reception questioned they did little to resolve, claiming it couldn't of been the cleaner, been with us 5 years blah blah Tried to dismiss our complaint As much as I like our hotel, 2nd visit, I will now think twice for that reason alone, big shame as hotel has so much going for it

This hotel is fantastic! Great location and fantastic vibes with a DJ everyday in the sun deck. Fabulous views and could sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset every day. The staff are friendly and hard working. Only small issue is the bathroom door doesn’t lock and is definitely not sound proof 🤣 Overall fantastic hotel and we will be back!
