Hotel is good, breakfast has a very good selection but it is a big hotel so it wil be very crowdy! We had a room for 3 adults, third bed was a chair bed not very comfortable , that was a disappointment! Rooftop bar gives nice view but not very special as to drinks.

Absolutely love this place! NYX Hotel in Warsaw is my ‘to-go’ whenever in Warsaw. The hotel has a cool, modern vibe, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring Warsaw. The rooftop bar and the restaurant are amazing, the food is delicious. What really sets it apart is the staff—they’re incredibly professional and helpful. I forgot something in the room after checkout, and they immediately engaged in arranging the shipment and handled all the details for me. That kind of service really makes a difference. Highly recommend this place for both business and leisure stays!

I stayed at NYX Hotel Warsaw and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is modern and stylish, with spacious rooms and a beautiful view. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I think the price-to-quality ratio is good. Breakfast was okay, though if you follow a gluten-free diet, the options are quite limited. I also missed having fresh juice or smoothies—there is only a juice machine that dilutes the drink with water, which feels like unnecessary cost-cutting. One small downside: the in-room fridge doesn’t really make sense. It only works while the room card is inserted, so when you’re out, the fridge is off, making it basically useless. The staff were friendly and professional—they even let me check in a little earlier than the official time, which I appreciated. Overall, I’d definitely choose this hotel again.

I have only stayed at the NYX since traveling to Warsaw. The hotel is beautiful in a great location and the staff is fabulous

This is a very fine hotel and very close to the train station and other important locations. The rooms were great and the staff is excellent. The only thing we were disappointed with is the hours of the bar/restaurant. It doesn'T. open until 5:oo pm. That is nt very convenient for tourists who might want a lunch or a drink earlier. We had to leave and find some local places. There is a larger restaurant attached called Ella which seems to be permanently closed. Don'T. know what's up with that.

The hotel is clean, modern and very comfortable. The neighborhood is safe with easy access to the main train station, and the old town on foot or by public transportation or taxi. There is A. high quality laundromat across the street within easy walking distance. Excellent value for our short stay in Warsaw.

It's a swanky hotel. Very good location. The staff is top notch: very responsive and ready to help with any issue both before your arrival and at check out. Beautiful view from the window. Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Delicious and varied breakfasts.

I'm very happy that I could stay again in the hotel! Staff very professional and friendly! The only one thing - dirty dishes was on the corridor for almost two days on my two previous stays.

The room was spacious, stylish, and offered an incredible view — we loved it! We were a bit disappointed that the sky bar was closed, as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, but overall, we were still very impressed. We’ll definitely be coming back! The only small issue was the bed — it wasn’t fixed together properly and kept shifting apart, so a bit of attention there would make the stay perfect.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful, panoramic view from the 17th floor, modern style, spacious room, very nice and varied breakfast. I would expect bathrobes and slippers in a hotel of this class, however it was missing. The noice from the street was a bit disturbing at night.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, maybe 10, over the past couple of years and I keep coming back because of its high-standards, cleanliness and level of comfort. If there's anything that could be improved, however, it would be the efficiency of the check-in process. There's usually a long queue to check-in and it seems that the reception is almost understaffed.
